Delivery

Most orders are delivered on weekdays (Between 8:30am to 6:00pm) to your door within the time specified, however you should allow between 5 to 10 working days for your delivery to arrive. Please note for all items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery.

Shipping takes place only on working days therefore no dispatches are made on weekends or public holidays. Should there be any unexpected further delay, we will notify you at the
earliest (and you can cancel your order at any time if the delay is unacceptable to you).

Please note that the delivery times mentioned here are only a guide and therefore they may vary with different addresses and postcodes.

Please note although every effort is made to deliver goods on time/date specified delays may still take place under situations beyond our control for e.g. bad weather conditions, severe traffic problems, sorting errors, loss/stolen goods etc. Once the goods have been collected from our premises by the courier, we no longer have any control of the delivery of the goods.

Although courier problems happen rarely we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date. The couriers work at a 95-98% efficiency level for completing deliveries on time, therefore it is a good possibility that goods will be delivered on time specified.

If no-one is available to accept the parcel at the stated delivery address, the courier will leave a calling card and you can arrange redelivery for a specified weekday of your choice, or arrange collection from the local depot.

After the first delivery attempt the parcel will only be held for seven working days during which time you must contact the courier otherwise the parcel will be returned to us. If this is the case we can rearrange delivery to the original or alternative address for a payment of £10.00.

Delivery is free within the mainland UK for all purchases over £50. Orders of less than £50 will be subject to a delivery cost of £3.50 (for goods weighing 3kg or less) or £7.50 in all other cases.

Delivery costs outside of mainland UK (which includes Northern Ireland, the ROI, the IOM, the Channel Islands and BFPO destinations) are £6.50 up to 3Kg and £12.00 over 3Kg.
