Guarantees and Returns Policy


We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make with us. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply follow the returns procedure below and return the goods within 7 days of delivery unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund (please read on for full details regarding refunds/ cancellations).

 

Please note in the event when goods are returned for credit (refund on card), all delivery costs that have already incurred will be retained before passing credit. Please note we do not offer a refund on the delivery costs if an order is returned and the fault is not ours. All shipping rates stated at time of ordering are at a discounted rate and please note that these values are different from the actual delivery costs.

 

For more information on the actual shipping/postage and packaging rates please email us. If an item is to be exchanged where the fault is not of ours, we shall charge the actual delivery cost before dispatch. You are advised to contact us with your payment details for the re-delivery charge so that we can effect the exchange. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

In addition, after the initial 7 days grace period all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 12 months unless stated otherwise from the date of first delivery. In order to get a faulty product exchanged (or to claim under guarantee), the goods have to be returned back our base/warehouse at your own cost (or directly to manufacturer, whichever has a lower return-cost). Please contact us if you are unsure or require more information on returns, guarantees and how they operate.
 
Upon receipt of the returned goods we will pass the goods on to the appropriate manufacturer who will then inspect the product at their discretion. The manufacturer will repair, replace or return the goods back if they feel there is no manufacturing fault. A free delivery is normally offered for the replacement back to you if the goods are found faulty, however a re-delivery charge will be required before dispatch if the goods are found in working order when tested by the manufacturer or by us. If the cost of replacement is not cost-effective, we shall offer you vouchers for the value of the returned-goods or offer you an alternative with your consent.

 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE GOODS BEFORE AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED (WHICH WILL CONTAIN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RETURN) TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES IN THE EVENT OF REJECTION.

Once the return has been accepted please send the goods to the address stated in the acceptance email which will either be our warehouse or to the manufacturers' address.

PS: We strongly advise you to use a recorded or traceable courier service when sending the parcel back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit. Please contact us if you require further assistance.
